Baja

What is Baja SAE?

Bruin Racing Baja SAE designs and fabricates a single seat off-road vehicle on a yearly basis and competes it in Society of Automotive Engineers Collegiate Design events, which challenge the car in endurance, several performance metrics, marketability and design.

Vehicle Dynamics and Controls

The Vehicle Dynamics and Controls subteam (a combination of our historical Suspension and Driver Interface task groups) engineers the driver’s interaction with the car and, through it, the road. Practically, it encompasses suspension geometry and component optimization, ergonomics, steering, and brakes.
